Stephen Lane

CEO & Managing Director

Stephen Lane

Stephen Lane was appointed CEO and Managing Director, Rimstock plc, in April 2008 and joint Managing Director of Team Dynamics GmbH in 2014

In 2015, Stephen celebrated 30 years with Rimstock plc and together with his management team, successfully secured £3.2 million of funding from the UK Government’s Regional Growth Fund to create and deliver new technologies and opportunities

Stephen played an integral role in restructuring Rimstock following the economic downturn in 2008/9 in successfully securing a new banking partner and refocusing the business on niche market sectors

He is currently Chairman of the Black Country Manufacturing Links group and has previously been a board member of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.


Georgina Clark

Finance Director

Georgina Clark

Georgina was appointed Finance Director in July 2013

Along with her team, Georgina was an integral element to the successful grant application from the Regional Growth Fund in 2014, and the subsequent complex modelling requirements from the Government and Bank

Prior to her move into industry, Georgina worked at Deloitte LLP, Robson Rhodes LLP, and Grant Thornton

Chris Reyner

Technical Director

Chris Reyner

Chris joined Rimstock in 1988 as Technical Manager initially responsible for delivering wheel designs

Chris’s knowledge and expertise in design and advanced production processes has facilitated expansion into the forged and cast wheel market for Rimstock.

He works closely with the team on the development of process machinery and the specification of equipment to meet customer requirements while also providing expert technical liaison to Rimstock’s niche OEM customers

Chris is also leading the firm’s property development - current and new build - for the expansion of Rimstock’s manufacturing facilities

Together with his team, he helped to attain the German TUV- an internationally recognised safety standard - for Rimstock manufactured wheels


Darryl McNey

Group Sales Director

Darryl McNey

Darryl joined Rimstock in 2004 and was appointed to the Board as Aftermarket Sales Director in 2012, and joint Managing Director of Team Dynamics GMbH in 2014. He was made Group Sales Director in 2016.

Darryl has been responsible for the aftermarket and tuning sector along with development of Rimstock's International business, particularly in Europe.

Prior to joining Rimstock, Darryl progressed through the Boots Group graduate development programme, and on to its subsidiary Halfords, holding a number of buying and supply chain roles, and finally as Category Manager for Car Accessories.

Other qualifications: BSc Honours degree in Business studies with Engineering


Chris Rowley

Manufacturing Director

Chris Rowley

Chris Rowley joined Rimstock in January 2005, and joined the Board as Manufacturing Director in 2014.

Chris has been in the automotive aluminium supply chain sector for over 30 years and has worked extensively in quality, project management and production. At Rimstock, his responsibility for manufacturing spans from casting through to despatch.

He joined as a member of the Chartered Quality Institute( CQI) in 1990.


David Rollings

Design Manager

David Rollings

David Rollings was appointed Design Manager, Rimstock Plc, in 2008, having previously worked as a Cad Draughtsman. David will be celebrating 25 years service at Rimstock in 2017.

David and the design team work closely with many OE suppliers taking a concept design and engineering it into a viable part, whilst keeping the design intent paramount.

In 2016, David became the first certified black belt in Lean Six Sigma at Rimstock, and will be involved in Continuous Improvement going forward.
